All employees of the Hardin County Clerk of Courts are appointed to serve as a Deputy Clerk of Courts pursuant to Ohio Revised Code. I have cross trained all employees in order that they are knowledgeable in every division of this office. Each employee is a valuable asset to the operation of the Clerk of Courts.

Susan Leeth is a Deputy Clerk of Courts. Susan has worked for the Clerk of Courts for 5 years. Her previous employment was with the Hardin County Prosecuting Attorney for 12 years, and, prior to that with The Kenton Times and St. Rita’s Medical Center. Stefani Epling is a Deputy Clerk of Courts. Stefani has worked for the Clerk of Courts for 3 years. Her previous employment was with Shawnee Optical for 4 years. Inquiries for all divisions can be directed to Stefani.

Von Smith is a Deputy Clerk. She started working for the Clerk of Courts in March, 2009. Her previous employment was with Grimslid and Hood Law Offices for 14 years. Inquiries for all other divisions can be directed to Von.
