All employees of the Hardin County Clerk of Courts are appointed to serve as a Deputy Clerk of Courts pursuant to Ohio Revised Code.  All employees of the Title Department are cross trained in order that they are knowledgeable and equally able to serve our customers.  Each employee is a valuable asset to the operation of the Clerk of Courts Title Department.

Tracy Sanders is a Deputy Clerk of Courts.  Tracy joined our staff in 2000.  Her previous employment was with Mary Rutan Hospital for two years and the Hardin County Child Support Enforcement Agency.  Any inquiry can be directed to Tracy.

Marcia Retterer is a Deputy Clerk of Courts.  Marcia joined our staff in 2001.  Her previous employment was with Hardin Memorial Hospital for 7 years.  Prior to that she was employed with Vigoro Industries for 10 years and at the same time Treasurer for the Village of Mt. Victory and owner of “Teddy Bears and More”, an antiques and collectibles store.  Marcia is also cross trained in billing for our Legal Department division of the Clerk of Courts.  Any inquiry can be directed to Marcia.
