Welcome to the Hardin County Clerk of Courts Title Department web site. This site is designed to provide important information to those of you who plan to transfer a certificate of title to a motor vehicle or watercraft.
My staff and I, utilizing the beautiful location and welcoming atmosphere, strive to provide professional, fast, efficient and friendly service to our customers.
The Title Department is located on the west edge of Kenton, Ohio, just south of State Route 309. We relocated to this building in May, 2002 and were later joined by the Deputy Registrar. The Ohio State Patrol Mobile Driver’s Exam Unit (Mobile DX) is available at this same location on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month, making this location a true “One-Stop-Shop” to better serve the public.
In June, 2008 we began accepting credit and debit card transactions as an optional method of payment. I continue to search for ways to better serve the citizens of Hardin County and welcome your feedback.
