All employees of the Hardin County Clerk of Courts are appointed to serve as a Deputy Clerk of Courts pursuant to Ohio Revised Code.
All employees of the Title Department are cross trained in order that they are knowledgeable and equally able to serve our customers.
Each employee is a valuable asset to the operation of the Clerk of Courts Title Department.
Carrie Haudenschield has been the Clerk of Courts since 2009. Carrie has worked in the Clerk of Courts office for 20+ years
and prior to that was employed by the Hardin County Child Support Enforcement Agency for 5 years and Rahrig Sales for 8 years.
As clerk she is responsible for both the Title and Legal Departments. Inquiries for all divisions can be directed to Carrie.
