When real estate is Ordered foreclosed by the Court and to be sold at Sheriff’s Sale, the officer conducting the sale shall call upon three disinterested freeholders to appraise and give an estimate of the property value. A copy of the appraised value must be reported to the Court . After the appropriate time for advertising the sale, the officer will offer the property for sale at public auction at a price not less than two thirds of the appraised value. The officer is required to report these proceedings to the Court.
