You can obtain copies by coming into the Clerk of Courts office on the 3rd floor of the courthouse and paying the associated fee.

What is the fee of the document for copies of records?

A certified copy of the document is $1.00 per page. A regular copy is .25 per page for pages 1 through 49 and .10 per page thereafter.

How can I pay my Court fees?

You may pay by cash, certified check, money order or by credit card / debit card. Online payments are also accepted.

Do I need an attorney or can I represent myself?

It is recommended that you have a lawyer to represent you; however you may represent yourself. If you choose to represent yourself, you are expected to have knowledge of the necessary legal procedures required. This office cannot give legal advice.
