- How do I get a copy of a Common Pleas Court document?
- You can obtain copies by coming into the Clerk of Courts office on the 3rd floor of the courthouse and paying
the associated fee.
- What is the fee of the document for copies of records?
- A certified copy of the document is $1.00 per page. A regular copy is .25 per page for pages 1 through 49 and .10 per page thereafter.
- How can I pay my Court fees?
- You may pay by cash, certified check, money order or by credit card / debit card. Online payments are also accepted.
- Do I need an attorney or can I represent myself?
- It is recommended that you have a lawyer to represent you; however you may represent yourself. If you choose to represent yourself,
you are expected to have knowledge of the necessary legal procedures required. This office cannot give legal advice.
